Applicant must be four(4) years old by September 1, 2021, and must live within the Atlanta Public Schools' attendance zone. The initial lottery drawing will be held on March 26, 2021, then results will be sent to all applicants after the verification process.

Expired Documents Need To Be Updated
The following documents must be UPDATED and CURRENT in your child's permanent record folder.
- Current Leasing Contract (With the address and unit number)
- Photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)
- Immunization Form
- Form 3300 (Vision, Hearing & Dental)

If You Are Moving...
If a student's residence or contact information changes, the parent or guardian is required to notify the school. The following information must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of any move or change of address:
- New Leasing Contract with Signatures or Mortgage Statement
- Affidavit of Residency Form (Must be notarized)
- Lease Verification Form
- GA Power Bill
- 2 Supporting Documents (Click HERE for details)

Please remember that immunizations must be updated prior to returning to school. Students can receive immunizations via a County Board of Health Office, a private physician, or one of the school-based health clinics.
Due to COVID restrictions and parameters, parents are encouraged to call and schedule an appointment prior to arriving on site. We have also partnered with the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile to continue to provide immunizations via the mobile van to students ages 4 and up who are Medicaid eligible. You can find a flyer for where the mobile van will be for the month of January. (Spanish) No appointment is necessary, and students will be immunized on a first come, first served basis. As CHOA finalizes a January and February calendar, we’ll be sure to share those dates and locations once we receive this information. See HERE for the information regarding APS immunization requirements. These immunizations must be up to date for your child to return to school in person.
Any absence without note will be marked as UNEXCUSED. If your child has a technology issue and cannot log in, immediately email the teachers to let them know. A technology issue is excused absence if the teacher is notified on time. However if there are excessive technology absences, a school social worker referral will occur.
Free Breakfast and Lunch for In-Person Students
Please note that we cannot accept any food delivery on the instructional days. In case students forget lunch, we will provide school lunch.

Free Meal Delivery on Every Wednesday
APS will continue to offer the FREE weekly 7-day meal kits (7-breakfast meals and 7-lunch meals) by bus delivery and curbside pick-up.
Delivery will be on Middle School bus route. Families can also pick up the kit at Bolton Academy or Garden Hills Elementary on every WEDNESDAY 2-5pm. Check out HERE for delivery/pick up schedule. * Please refer the schedule under North Atlanta Cluster, page 16-21.

How To Obtain IC Activation Key
Activation Key can be issued online. Please visit HERE to obtain one.
In order to receive Activation Key, you will need:
- Your child's Student Number
- The last four digits of your child's Social Security Number (SSN)
- Your child's Date of Birth
** Student Number is 7-digit unique number and NOT Network ID or Lunch ID.
** If you did not provide your child's SSN at enrollment/registration, they were assigned an SSN-like number.
** PLEASE CALL MAIN OFFICE if you would need these numbers.
