Student Permission Forms & Acknowledment Signature Page was sent home on Friday, Oct. 1st in student's Friday Folder. Click the link below to view or download a copy of the 2021-2022 Student Handbook, and return the signed form as your earliest convenience.

Parents must send a note to BOTH homeroom teacher and Attendance Clerk (Anri Satoh/ anri.satoh@atlanta.k12.ga.us) within 3-days from the day of absence.

Any absence without note will be marked as UNEXCUSED. If there are excessive unexcused absences or tardy, a school social worker referral will occur.

Tardy & Early Check Out

In order to maximize students' learning experience, we are encouraging families that late check in and early check out are for Medical Reasons ONLY.

The early check out cut-off time is 1:30pm.

Any tardy after 11am will be marked as Absent.

Early check out before 11am will be marked as Absent.

Bus Stop Locator

Bus Stop Location and Schedule is now available from HERE.

Bus drivers will NOT let the students off the bus unless sighting their parents, so please be sure to be at the stop10-15 min. before the schedule. For more information, please visit HERE.

Carpool & Walker Tag


New carpool tag has been issued at the beginning of the school. For students' safety, please make sure to present carpool tag clearly at the time of dismissal.

If you wish to request second carpool tag, please request through this Google Form

No Get Home Plan Changes

Please kindly note we are not accepting any transportation changes at this time except for the true emergencies. Please plan your students' get home plan in a week ahead and directly communicate with homeroom teachers in case you would need to change.

Expired Documents Need To Be Updated

The following documents must be UPDATED and CURRENT in your child's permanent record folder.

  • Current Leasing Contract (With the address and unit number)
  • Photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)
  • Immunization Form
  • Form 3300 (Vision, Hearing & Dental)

If you have recently updated any of the above, please submit documentation to Main Office immediately. Rozzana.Werner@atlanta.k12.ga.us

If You Have Moved...

If a student's residence or contact information changes, the parent or guardian is required to notify the school immediately. The following information must be submitted ONLINE within ten (10) days of any move or change of address:

Free Breakfast and Lunch for Everyone

APS will be offering FREE breakfast and lunch for SY 2021-2022. Please note that we cannot accept any food delivery during the instructions. In case students forget lunch, we will provide school lunch.

How To Access To Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Parents of students have access to class schedules, attendance records and grades through the Parent Portal, an easy-to-use, secure communications tool for the district. Additionally, the Parent Portal enables parents to verify household information, including email, home address and telephone numbers.

How To Obtain IC Activation Key

Activation Key can be issued online. Please visit HERE to obtain one.

In order to receive Activation Key, you will need:

  • Your child's Student Number (7-digit unique number and NOT Network ID or Lunch ID).
  • The last four digits of your child's Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Your child's Date of Birth

** If you did not provide your child's SSN at enrollment, PLEASE CALL MAIN OFFICE.

COVID Surveillance Testing

Surveillance testing will be offered for students weekly to help keeping our students and teachers safer from COVID outbreaks. The e-consent form is required to participate in this program, and it is available form HERE.

HealthCheck Daily Screener

Parents are asked to respond to the daily health screening questions before your student reports to school. Learn more about the HealthCheck Screener on HERE:

Covid-19 Self Reporting Form

Parents/guardians should use the STUDENT FORM to notify the school as soon as possible if their student receives a positive COVID-19 test. Please complete the form from HERE.

PLEASE NOTE ALL APS DEVICES (Chromebook, iPad, and Hotspot) and MEDIA CENTER BOOKS ASSIGNED TO A STUDENT MUST BE RETURN TO SCHOOL in order to complete the withdrawal.
