Hello WLHS family! I am so excited to be back at my Almamater. I met my husband, Marc Redding here at WLHS back in 1984, we married in 1987 and God has blessed us with 3 amazing kids. Our oldest, Sadie moved to heaven in 2007 after a car accident. Our middle kid, Seth is married to Chelsea Cook Redding and they live in Hickory, NC. Seth works for Samaritan's Purse in Blowing Rock, NC and Chelsea is a Dental Hygienist in Lincolnton, NC. Our baby, Samuel lives in Lincolnton, NC and is dating Alexia Cook. Samuel works for a commercial construction company in Charlotte, NC where he is a superintendent. Both our boys graduated from Appalachian State University. My husband was called into the ministry soon after we married. We have had the privilege of serving in 4 different churches, in Rutherfordton, NC, Vale, NC, Cockeysville, MD and Lincolnton, NC. He currently works full time for the North American Mission Board and is a volunteer pastor at Salem Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC. As you can tell I LOVE my family and am so very proud of them.
