Happy Holidays! Thank you for attending our "Jingle and Mingle" event last week as it was put on by our PTO family fun committee. What started our as an idea, turned into a wonderful event. We had over 900 community members and families participate in our "Doors of Elegance." We would also like to thank our teaching staff as they did an outstanding job using their creativity and decorating the doors and hallways. They are beyond artistic and made our school magical that evening.

This week is another busy one for all of our grade levels, especially our kindergartener's as they will go on a gingerbread hunt throughout our entire school. We wish them the best of luck. Many of our 1st and 2nd graders are learning about how other countries celebrate and honor this time of year.

Once again, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Years! Enjoy your time with your friends and families.

If you are volunteering in your child's classroom, you will need to be approved prior to entering into the classroom. Please visit: https://www.cvsd.org/apps/pages/CommunityAccess to fill out the appropriate paperwork.

If you are looking for a way to give back, we are supporting a local organization build a "Foster Closet" for kids. We are collecting: hats, coats, gloves, scarves, mittens/gloves, and boots. They could also use socks, underwear for girls and boys, shirts, pants, etc. They will take anything you are willing to give. Items must be NEW.

We are also collecting "Toys for Tots."

If you would like to donate, please drop the items off at Liberty Creek. Our deadline is December 15th. Thank you for your generosity during this holiday season.

December 13th: 2nd grade winter performance (Lynn, Radmaker, Lewis, Munyon, and Spencer) at Orchard Park from 5:30-6PM.

December 15th: 2nd grade winter performance (Gillilan, Howard, Spear, and Swanson) at Orchard Park from 5:30-6PM

December 20th: Classroom winter parties (all volunteers MUST be approved)

December 21st: Winter Break Begins

January 4th: School Resumes
