Stress

Stress is a feeling that is created when we react to a particular events. Too much stress can lead to it being overwhelmed, fearful, and frozen. Little stress leads to being bored and unmotivated. Moderate stress is being energized, on task, and efficient.

Physical signs of stress is aches and pains, dizziness, chest pain, sweating, frequent colds. Behavioral signs of stress is eating more or less, using alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs to relax.

Mental/ Emotional signs of stress leads to general unhappiness, agitation, and moodiness.

Stressor is a event, or thing that provokes stress. Stress response is a body's way of protecting you from the the specific stressor and helps rise to a challenge. Examples of stressors is being late, appearance, relationships, not enough time in a day, and not fitting in sociality. Stress is one of life most toughest obstacles.

How do you relieve stress?

There are many ways to relive stress but the common one is laughter. Laughter provides a physical and emotional release. Laughter improves our immune system. The social benefits of laughter is helping connecting with others, and laughter is contagious thing. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like epinephrine. Laughter is the key to everything and is helpful stress reliever.
