Walter Funk
Walter Funks Position
Walter Funk became the press chief of Hitler's government when Hitler rose to power. He then became involved with propaganda. He wasn't doing this job for that long when he became Mister of Economics. Months later, Hitler appointed him to be in charge of a bank and that was to support the war. When he went to trial they started to ask him about bags of jewels and other Jewish people goods. He told them that he didn't know of any of this. Also Funk was involved with the war efforts and that lead to him being guilty. He was in prison until 1957 and then he died in 1960.
