Upcoming Dates to Note

Daylight Savings: “spring forward” one hour on Sunday, March 14, at 2 a.m. Be sure to set your clocks ahead one hour before bed on Saturday night!

Spring Break: No School Monday, March 22nd-Friday March 26th


Note: FLEX Online will NOT have days off of school when neighborhood schools close to get ready for Hybrid learning

Forecasting Information Presentations - current grades 5-11

Forecasting for classes for the 2021-22 school year is coming! Grade level forecasting forms will be delivered by email on Monday, March 29th. Deadline to submit your forecast form is 5pm on April 6. Please complete one form per student, for students who will be in grades 6-12 next fall.

Please join us at one of our Forecasting Support online sessions.


LIVE WEBINAR SESSIONS

Our team of experts will explain our grade level forecasting form and answer your questions. The format will be a “webinar” where you can type questions in a chat window.

LIVE ZOOM DROP-IN SESSIONS

Drop in to these informal “office hours” with your questions about scheduling classes for the 2021-22 school year with FLEX.

Reminder About Enrollment:
  • If your student attends FLEX now and plans on staying next year, there is nothing you need to do. Students are automatically enrolled at FLEX for the 2021-22 school year.

  • If your student is going to attend a different school next fall, please contact FLEX at flex-online-school@beaverton.k12.or.us and the other school with this information.

  • If you or someone you know has a student who will be joining us for the first time next fall, please visit our enrollment page on the FLEX website to register.

BSD Student Surveys

Each year the District surveys students, staff, and parents to gather information for planning, program evaluation, and assessment of progress on the District's Strategic Plan.

This IS Kalapuyan Land Exhibit and Learning Opportunity at FLEX!

Let's make history for the 6th graders at FLEX Online School! With a dollar-for-dollar match from BEF, we only need to raise $217!

Please help bring the "This IS Kalapuyan Land" exhibit and fund learning materials, including a Q&A session with the Five Oaks Museum staff, to the 86 6th grade history students of the FLEX learning community!
