You're life would change extremely if you had a baby as a teen. You would have another person to think about, not just yourself. So that means you won't really have time for what you want to do anymore. You would have to get a job to support you and your baby. You wouldn't really have anymore friends and your family relationships would change. Your dreams and education would probably not exists anymore.
