Crusader Parent and Guardian Update

As of now we are planning to reopen the school on Wednesday, November 3rd. We thank everyone for the patience as we continue to navigate this pandemic.

If your child was sent home for contact tracing by the Pennsbury Nurse please follow the information and dates on the back of the paperwork you received. If a negative test result was requested, your child will not be able to return to school until that is completed.

If your child tests positive it is imperative that results are shared with the school. A new reporting system is being used by the state that reports cases to the schools after positive results.

Early Dismissals

Based on the daily number of early dismissals we feel it necessary to adjust the cut off time to 2:15pm to avoid any disruptions in the end of day routines and bus lines.

School Store Fundraiser

Thank you to all the families who have already participated in our SchoolStore fundraiser!

Many of our teachers have received generous gift certificates from their students. If your family has not registered, there is still time, prizes are still available.

The Halloween that Wasn't

We will celebrate Halloween with an abbreviated afternoon celebration on Wednesday, November 3 . All students can wear their Orange and Black one more time, no costumes and the parade is still canceled.

Winter Uniforms

Winter Uniforms will begin November 4th, since the Halloween Dress Down will be held November 3nd.

Save the Dates!

Trunk or Treat

We hope everyone had a wonderful time at Trunk or Treat. St Ignatius families once again did not disappoint! The decorated trunks were amazing and the competition fierce!

Congratulations to the winners:

1st place: Scooby Doo Mystery Van by the Ulrich Family

2nd place: Spooky Witch Lair by the Velez Family

3rd place: Creepy Carnival by the Longo and Salzano Families

A special thanks goes out to our Trunk or Treat Chairs Melissa Schafer and Jen Ruppersburg and their entire committee for putting together a fabulous, fun, and well organized event. We also want to thank Father Brownholtz for his continued support of the Home and School events and providing the space for Trunk or Treat.
