Welcome to 4th Quarter
I wouldn't be able to welcome 4th quarter without acknowledging the last 3 quarters. I often reflect on the school year thus far and appreciate the work "everyone" has done. The entire community has played a part in continuing to make sure our students reach their full potential. It definitely takes a village and that was proven this school year. But we're not done yet!!! We still have one more quarter to conquer! With that said, thank you to our families, teachers and staff, and most importantly to our students, for persevering through one of the most difficult years in the history of education.
As I typically welcome everyone back each year, I, once again, ask for your patience as we just about double our students arriving and dismissing to/from Bannes each day. Our procedures will stay the same and we will look to dismiss in a quick and orderly manner each day. Safety is our number one priority and we need to make sure ALL of our students get to and from school safely. This may take a few extra minutes the first few days back.
Please see the flyer below for this week's KSD 140 spirit week.
I hope you're all as excited as I am for tomorrow! We've come a long way since March 13, 2020, and I'm really looking forward to the next 9 weeks.
