Bobcat Bulletin December 15th, 2022

Keep Going Keep Growing

A MESSAGE FROM MRS. ANDERSON

Dear Bobcat Families:

As we conclude 2022, and take a break for the winter holiday, I want to take a moment to express my heartful gratitude to all who help make Eden Park Elementary an amazing place to be. We are a community of many gifts and talents, which we share daily with one another and with our students.

I hope you had the chance to attend the Immokalee Christmas Parade. This yearly tradition reminded me of how fortunate I am to be leading Eden Park Elementary and how strong our Immokalee community continues to be. I loved seeing all of our students at the parade. I believe that the faces of our students best express the true meaning of this holiday season. They radiate a sense of enthusiasm, joy, hope, and all good things that await them.

Please have a safe and joyous holiday season. Looking forward to seeing all of our Bobcats on January 3rd, 2023.

In partnership,

Mrs. Anderson, Principal

Classroom Celebrations

Four classroom celebrations may be held yearly. Specific dates will be shared by individual classroom teacher. Typically the celebrations fall around the following dates:

  1. Fall Festival
  2. Winter Holiday
  3. Valentine’s Day
  4. End of Year

On the classroom celebration days, refreshments and treats must be store bought. Treats/refreshments are not permitted to be brought into the building for dates other than the four celebrations listed above. Each classroom teacher acknowledges a child’s birthday in various ways. In all cases, children are recognized on their special day. Birthday parties will not be held at school.

To help avoid disruption of activities, we ask that you refrain from having flowers or balloons delivered to your child at school. These items cannot be transported by bus, nor delivered to the classroom during school hours.
