International Dot Day
International Dot Day is September 15th!
“The Dot” is a story about a young girl who is afraid to try something new. At first she is reluctant, but after encouragement from her teacher, she finds a way to make her mark, and inspire others as well.
Please join us on Friday September 13th as OPES celebrates all of our brave students who are learning new things, making their mark and encouraging others.
Ways to celebrate:
- Wear dot themed clothing, the more creative the better!
- Make a dot shaped lunch
- “Connect the dots” with friends- spend time connecting with friends without devices.
-Write a note of thanks to someone who has encouraged you; decorate the notes with dots!
Use the hashtags: #OPESEaglePride #OPESDotDay
THANK YOU!
Look at all the items collected for our Go Gold event! The band aids and playdoh will be donated to Levine's Children's Hospital along with a $382.50 donation! We are blessed to work with such a wonderful community!
