Nurse Bonner's Updates
As we approach Spring and warmer weather, we often see allergy symptoms along with it. Some common symptoms include runny nose, stuffy nose, itchy eyes, or headaches. If your child's doctor has prescribed allergy medication, don't forget to start taking it before symptoms worsen. Ensure to wash hands and face often and shower to remove allergens at the end of the day off your body and hair. AAP Allergy Tips

Boostershon REGISTRATION IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN! We want all families to help our school by registering on mybooster.com today and enter your family’s details. We would like to see 75% of our whole school registered. If we reach that goal by fun run day, our whole school gets a PJ DAY!
If your family feels it’s not in the position to financially support the school, that’s ok. Families can actually support our school by also SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and family online. Sharing IS supporting. When you register on mybooster.com, there are easy share features available that you can use as a great tool to help! Check out THIS video to learn more about sharing with friends and family!
We are working hard to make this fundraiser safe, fun, and successful for everyone! Thank you for supporting Luce through the Luce Shine Sprint.
CAPT Treasurer We are looking for a new treasurer for next year. This is a great role for someone who would like to be involved in CAPT and the school, but who doesn't necessarily want to run a major event or volunteer in person. Much of the work can be done at home. Excel skills are a must. Someone who has current or past experience in accounting, finance, or any type of data analysis or reporting would be great. Anyone who is interested or has any questions should send us an email (lucecapt@gmail.com) as soon as possible. It would be great if we could find a person to shadow our current treasurer through the end of the year.
Next CAPT Meeting -- Tuesday March 8, 2022 Zoom Only We will be in person in April!

Substitutes Needed (Repost)
Do you have a college-age child coming home for winter break? If so, would they be interested in subbing for the Canton Public Schools while they are here? Subbing is a great way to keep busy, make money and get real-world work experience. In Canton, we have had great success bringing our own, former students back to help support our students and schools during this busy time year. If your child is interested, please have them fill out this sub application packet and email it to Kim Eardley (eardleyk@cantonma.org) to get the process started. If they fill it out before they get home, the process can begin asap!
Students in their first year of college are able to sub at the elementary and preschool levels only.
Students in their second year or beyond can sub at all school levels.
