Department Awards/Holy Child Nominations
Yep, It's That Time!
Please READ the directions to complete the following forms:
- Departments should meet to determine the students that meet the expectations for the Academic Excellence/Distinguished Achievement Awards.
- Each grade level may have 1-2 Academic Excellence recipients and 1-3 Distinguished Achievement recipients per subject.
- The subject teacher making the selection may fill out the form (i.e.: the form doesn't have to be filled out by department chair only as in year's past).
- For Holy Child Award Nominations: Please meet as a grade level team (Advisors/Team Leader) to discuss considerations for the boy/girl to be nominated for this award. In this case, TEAM LEADER will fill out the form only.
- We request your responses by MONDAY, MAY 16th @ Noon.
- For instructions on how to nominate and/or select students for awards, please see the department chair/team leader.
Thank you!
Bridget
