1. How long have you been a teacher?
I have been a teacher for 25 (!) years now.
2. How long have you taught at Wylie?
I started at Wylie, it is the only place I have taught, so I have been here 25 years. Y'all can thank Mr. C. Davis for that.
3. What grade/subject do you teach?
I currently teach chemistry and AP chemistry.
4. Tell us a little bit about yourself...family, interests, hobbies, where you are from, college....
I am married to a wonderful man James Hall and have two wonderful children (Abby who is graduating and Kay who is a junior). I am an Air Force brat but call San Angelo home. I graduated from Angelo State University. I was in the Navy for three active years and five years in the reserve. I like to sew, play video games, and read. I like cats.
5. What is one item on your bucket list?
I would like to see the northern lights and a total eclipse.
6. What do you like most about teaching?
The students and learning new things.
7. What advice would you give an aspiring teacher?
Be prepared and keep learning.

I had a college professor Doctor Gaegan who made early British literature really interesting. He would go into the background and history behind everything we read. I think I learned as much history as english in that class.
9. What are three things every teacher should own?
A computer, access to a copier, and something cold to keep your lunch in.
10. Your favorite quote or saying?
