During French week, Ms. Kurtz's 8th grade Honors French students telling stories around the campfire as one of their assessments, and playing "What's on my Head?" asking questions and giving clues in French to guess the rooms in a house vocabulary.

Green Team Thanksgiving Celebration

The Green Team celebrated the Thanksgiving season by having a feast of their own! Thank you to the staff and parents who helped make this a huge success!

Community Pride

Alder and Miller Stocking Stuffers

Alder Avenue teamed up with the Miller School to fill stockings for soldiers. Alder Avenue collected over 22 bags filled with candy, books, dog supplies, and hygiene supplies and so much more. Alder Avenue’s collection was headed by Kelli Wenzel and the Green Team. Huge thank you to Ms. Irwin and Ms. Chishko from Miller driving the supplies to Delaware where they will be packed up and shipped. Thank you to all that donated!!

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Conferences will be held January 7-11. Look for the letter coming out next week, which contain links to sign up for teacher conferences.
