Service Begin and End Dates
This error is most common in Revision ARDs. Not updating all the service Begin Dates can cause PEIMS errors as well as issues with Progress Track.
Services to Be Removed
As new Annual ARDs are created, semesters will change. Expired semester services will need to be removed. Select the Delete “Del” check box next to each service when an expired semester says “To be removed”. Save the screen and the expired services will disappear.
*Removing expired services is the only way to be sure no errors are created in the database.
