Treats For Troops Success
We wanted to thank you for your support and contributions with our first Treats for Troops candy collection at Trumbauersville. Our school community really out did themselves. We filled 10 boxes with candy!
Food Drive to Support the Quakertown Food Pantry
Please bring in the following items depending on your grade.
Donations will be accepted from November 14-17

Kdg.-Canned Fruit, Cranberry Sauce, Jam/Jelly
1st- Soup, Canned Pasta (Spaghettios, Ravioli, etc.)
2nd-Canned Vegetables, Egg Noodles, dry pasta
3rd- Canned meats (Fish,chicken, Spam, Ham, Chili, Beef Stew, Tuna)
4th- Instant Mashed Potatoes, Boxed Side Dishes (rice, mac-n-cheese, etc.)
5th- Powdered Milk, Canned milk, crackers, stuffing.

Eligibility criteria includes:
Must be from the Quakertown School District or referred to the program by a partnering Police Department
Children must be 5-13 years of age
Families have been faced with a life challenge such as homelessness, loss of job, military deployment, etc
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Completed two page application
2. Signed Release Waiver
3. Wish list for each child in the household ages 5-13

QUAKERTOWN COMMUNITY OUTREACH & QUAKERTOWN CARES
Providing gifts and food to those in need through community donations
Eligibility :
This program is available to families that
1) live within the Quakertown Community School District
2) have at least one school-age child ( K-12) and
3) have a documented financial need or are experiencing an extenuating circumstance.
Acceptable documentation includes:
* Confirmation of Free or Reduced Lunch
* Copy of PA Access Card
* Letter explaining extenuating circumstances- This is ONLY an option for those who do not receive financial assistance but have a sudden change in income or situation that warrants assistance.
DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 5th (on a First come, first served basis)
QCO will close this form on November 5, 2022, OR earlier if all spots are filled prior to that date. In addition to reviewing documentation for eligibility, QCO coordinates with other local programs to ensure as many families can be helped this holiday season without duplication.
