Wishing you all a very happy and safe St. Patty's Day this Thursday! We will still be here to train with our regularly scheduled classes for that day.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate this glorious day - head to House of Shamrocks in Hazel Park! This fun bar is owned by one of our long time members - Mike Wilds! You might just see a KMD member or two celebrating there that day!

Lisa's GET FIT class has been a huge hit so far! Keep an eye open for what she has coming up next!
Depending on your training intensity and the heat, water alone may not be enough to keep you hydrated. 1st Phorm’s Hydration Sticks can help!
We’ve formulated each convenient stick with over 1150mg of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes to provide your body exactly what it’s looking for to stay hydrated and functioning optimally.
By using 1st Phorm’s Hydration Sticks you are not only replacing the electrolytes that you may sweat out, but research has shown that you are replenishing some of the minerals that are known to be deficient even before you started sweating. Making sure you have these key minerals in your system during activity is important so you can perform at your best, and also to prevent cramping, that may ruin your event.
Use 1st Phorm’s Hydration Sticks to perform your best at any endurance event, outside workout, or intense activity that causes you to sweat
KMD Tribe members tested the sticks during some of the most grueling and long workouts and last Friday KMD Instructor Subash used them for the Level III test.
Multiply Your Force: Pepper Spray and Non-Lethal Carry Options
Learn how to defend yourself by properly deploying pepper spray and other non-lethal carry options. Many people carry pepper spray but have not practiced using it.
This class will provide the opportunity to learn and get hands on practice defending yourself with pepper spray and other non-lethal options. It will also discuss the mindset behind becoming self-protected, and what to do if the tools you carry fail.
Join us to multiply your force and increase your chances of success in a self-defense situation.
This event is open to all people. Please share and spread the word!
Brought to you by Michigan Civil Defense.
