Rachael Ray is a Businesswoman, a celebrity cook, an author, and an American Television Personality. She was born on August 25th, 1968 in New, York. She has written lots of books such as, Week in a Day, Rachael Ray’s Look+Cook, and Comfort Food . She has hundreds of recipes in her cookbooks. She has also won some awards, the People’s Choice Award for Favorite TV Chef, and Quill Award for Cooking.
Rachael ray has inspired lots of people to become chefs and to feel confident in themselves.
Super Nachos are one of her top recipes and this is how she makes her delicious Cherry Tomato Shrimp Fra Diavolo:
Cherry Tomato Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large shallots, finely chopped
4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon fennel seed
3/4 cup sherry or dry vermouth
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
2 pounds 10- to 12-count shrimp, butterflied with tails on
A fat handful of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet with tight-fitting lid. Add shallots, garlic, chili flakes and fennel seed, and stir 2-3 minutes. Add sherry or vermouth and reduce by half; add stock and cherry tomatoes and heat through. Add shrimp and cover pan. Cook 7-8 minutes, shaking pan occasionally.
Cook pasta in salted water. Reserve about cup starchy water and drain pasta. Add water, pasta, parsley and lemon juice to sauce and toss. Serve in shallow bowls.

Ever want to know how to make french fries. Well here’s an old original way. Just follow the simple steps below.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
Vegetable or peanut oil, for frying
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Ketchup or mayonnaise for sauce for serving
1st get some vegetable oil, put into a pan. Let it sit on low heat. Next take some potatoes and peel them. And then you will want to take the potatoes and cut them into about 4 inch rectangles that are about a half inch wide. Once you’ve done that it’s time to cook the fries. They should be cooked in a fryer. If you do not have a fryer then get a large pot and put some oil in it. Fry the potato strands until they are tan or light gold or yellow. It will take some time. Depending on how many fries you’ve cut, you need to measure out the amounts you put in there in one time.

The maximum amount of fries you can put in the fryer or pot is 30. This is because the fries take up all the heat and it will take to long to cook your fries. Your fries will be burnt on the outside, but they won’t be cook all the way through to the inside if you put too many of them in at once. Rachael Ray is a very famous chef and she even has her own show! I feel that if she were to be on chopped or some sort of food competition show she would get close to winning. Rachael is probably the most and maybe the only famous chef I know ( I don’t personally know her). I only know who she is because she is one of the best chefs in the world (well in my perspective anyway).
Rachael Ray has many great foods but one of everybody's favorites is desserts. this is one of my favorite desserts by Rachael Ray. It is like a s'more brownie cake. It is my favorite because it has 3 flavors in one and it has one of my favorite foods, marshmallows!
Rachael Ray has many different types of desserts. She also has a varied range of foods. Rachael Ray invites people onto her show to show them different types of great recipes. Her show probably has any dessert food sort you can think of. On the Rachael Ray show she makes whole meals and she includes desserts with the meals. That means she shows you how to make a dessert every day she cooks.
The people she invites onto her cooking show might enjoy some of the desserts the most. i guess it depends on what the dessert is made with. I think we can all agree that desserts are some of the best inventions made to eat. If you like dessert and it’s your favorite part of your meal you should try to be on the Rachael Ray show. The desserts on the show look great and i would like to try some one day. i think i would like them, Because they look Tasty, and i think you should try them too.
