Some of us can remember starting our careers when it was just a typewriter and the boss dictated all letters to his/her secretary. There were absolutely no computers. Then the first one in the district was an IBM Displaywriter. It would take the District 8 hours to print a budget, not counting the time spent entering the information. In our wildest dreams did we ever think of having a virtual Board meeting; but here we are! We are learning new ways of communicating and conducting business to move the District along.

On April 8, 2020, the Board of Trustees held their very first virtual meeting via Zoom! We had Board members online along with 4 guests; while honoring the social distance guidelines!
