Lunch Menu Substitutions
Dear District 103 Families,
Providing a fresh, wholesome, scratch-made menu to your children is of the highest priority to Quest Food Management Services, D103's lunch provider. Menus are planned in advance and we strive to always serve “what is on the menu.”
Quest is working diligently with our product supply partners to continue to serve your children the highest quality ingredients possible. Although we have done well, we are not immune to the current supply chain issues.
When substitutions are necessary, we have hand-selected those products to replace our normal ingredients aligning them as close as possible to what is on the menu for that day. Please know that this is a daily challenge and menus can change at any moment.
Please reach out to Vicky Shargo, Food Service Director, at vshargo@questfms.com with any questions. Thank you for your continued participation. Lunch menus can be viewed on the Quest Food Services website.
