Dear Peyton and Alex:
I would like advice on… how to use my time more wisely.
To use your time more wisely you have to make sure that you are in a place that has almost little to no distractions. If you have a phone turn it off and put it in a cabinet, or if you have ANY electronic or toy lock it away and do what is most important first. Then when you done with homework, chores, etc, you can take them out and then you may use them.
I would like advice on… girls. There is a girl I like who loves beyonce. For her birthday, I was gonna get her some tickets. Is that too forward?
In my opinion, I think that getting her the tickets is being too forward unless the two of you hang out all the time. If you don’t usually hang out with her a lot, it might seem like you’re desperate to get her to notice you. I would try giving her candy or a gift cards. Also, try simple things to get her attention like talk to her at break, talk to her between classes, or even write her a note.
I would like advice on… how to be more social.
To be more social you have to open yourself up to new people. You have to interact with other children. You could even join clubs to make new friends and have more fun! But the most important thing it to be open to everyone, don’t push anyone away because they might be different. You never know, they might become your new bff!
I would like advice on… how to know if a boy is cheating on you.
- If you think someone is cheating on you, ask them about it. Be straight-forward with them. I wouldn’t go snooping around even though it might seem like it’s the only way to find out. When you ask him, if he tries to dodge the question it most likely means he’s lying to you and doesn’t want you to find out. If he dodges the question, I would ask someone who you are both close with and get them to find out.

April the Giraffe
April is a giraffe and she is pregnant and the New York Zoo where is trying to get the birth on a live broadcast, but April is not ready to push so the live broadcast has been going on for about a week now. We are all anxious to see her little one. Come on April, you got this.Literature:
A popular speaker started off a seminar by holding up a $20 bill. A crowd of 200 had gathered to hear him speak. He asked, “Who would like this $20 bill?”
200 hands went up.
He said, “I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.” He crumpled the bill up.
He then asked, “Who still wants it?”
All 200 hands were still raised.
“Well,” he replied, “What if I do this?” Then he dropped the bill on the ground and stomped on it with his shoes.
He picked it up, and showed it to the crowd. The bill was all crumpled and dirty.
“Now who still wants it?”
All the hands still went up.
“My friends, I have just showed you a very important lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, life crumples us and grinds us into the dirt. We make bad decisions or deal with poor circumstances. We feel worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special – Don’t ever forget it!
