Sleep is Very Important
Sleeping is just as important as eating and drinking. It makes us feel more energetic, alert, happier and makes it easier to function throughout the day. Sleeping also lets our brains recover from a long day because our body shuts down. We need sleep to stay healthy and keep our memory and minds sharp.
