PCHS Thanks Our Veterans
Monday, Nov. 12 in the North Gym at 1:45 pm.
We will have a performance by the band, special speakers, and a reception.
This year, we are inviting veterans in our community to come in and visit with our students from 1:00-1:45 prior to the assembly. If you are a veteran or know someone who is, please use the sign-up link below.
WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK: Please Complete the Parent Survey by December 2
The Platte County School District is conducting its annual parent survey to gather feedback on strengths of the district, as well as areas to consider for growth. Your input is important and will be considered when making future decisions.
If you have not already completed the survey during Parent/Teacher conferences, we ask that you complete the survey by clicking on the link below. If you have more than one student, please be sure to answer those questions for each building. The survey should take approximately fifteen minutes to complete.
Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Have You Opted In to Receive Text Notifications from PCR-3?
School Messenger is our automated phone calling and text notification system. We use this system to notify parents quickly for sudden changes in schedules due to emergencies, school cancellations, or just important school announcements.
If you aren't receiving the District's text reminders and notifications and would like to opt-in to receive these, simply text "YES" to 67587.
Standard text messaging rates apply.
Pirates R.O.C.K. Character Trait: CITIZENSHIP
November's #PiratesROCK trait is CITIZENSHIP: providing service and duty to your community.
Bullying and Safety Concerns
Safety is one of our district’s top priorities and to help safeguard our school community, our district is now using SafeSchools Alert, a tip reporting service that allows students, staff, and parents to submit safety concerns to our administration.
You and your child can easily report tips on bullying, harassment, or any safety issue you're concerned about through SafeSchools Alert.
Every tip SafeSchools Alert receives about our district is immediately logged in the system and our administration is notified so that they can investigate and take appropriate action. And, tips may also be submitted anonymously if you prefer.
Together, using SafeSchools Alert, we can make our district a safer place to learn!
