Grading Window for Q3
The grading window opens Thursday, March 8th. The end of Q3 grading period is March 16th. All grades must be entered and checked by Monday, March 19th by 4 pm. Report cards will go home on March 23rd.
Google Tour Builder
Google Tour Builder is a great tool to take kids on virtual field trips or even creating a scavenger hunt of information for a unit hook. Fourth graders may work in teams to create their own tours explaining their knowledge of geographical features.
SS4G1 Locate important physical and man-made features in the United States.
a. Locate major physical features of the United States: the Atlantic Coastal Plain, the Great Plains, the Continental Divide, the Gulf of Mexico, the Mississippi River, and the Great Lakes.
b. Locate major man-made features of the United States: New York City, NY; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, D.C.; Gettysburg, PA; and the Erie Canal.
