Digital Workflow Solutions

You are constantly sending and receiving information in your classroom. A digital workflow provides a centrally located space for your information so you and your students can collaborate and house this information in organized ways. You can store, share, and collaborate on quite a variety of files types, too (documents, spreadsheets, drawings, videos, slides, etc.) Check out some of the ways you can do this in your classroom.

Google Classroom (appropriate for approximately grades 3 and up)

  • students join class easily with class code
  • share handouts and reduce copying
  • send, receive, and grade assignments with due dates
  • allow for student collaboration on assignments
  • posts can be moderated

Seesaw Learning Journal (appropriate for approximately grades CD-2nd grade)
  • students log in easily using a QR code
  • you and students can post pictures, text, drawings, or recordings
  • parents can join and comment on their child's work
  • posts can be moderated
