Now Open! Free and Reduced Meal Application

Federal COVID waivers that were in place during the past two school years are no longer being offered. While Keller ISD will still provide breakfast to all students at no cost, households who qualify for free and reduced meals must submit an application in order to secure free or reduced lunches for the upcoming school year.

Lunch costs for 2022-23 will be $3.05 for grades 5-12. Families who qualify for reduced lunch will pay $.40 cents per meal.

Charges will be applied starting with the first day of school, Wednesday, August 17. Please note that the approval process can take 10 or more days depending on the volume of applications, so families are encouraged to complete the application at their earliest convenience by visiting SchoolCafe.com/KellerISD. Paper applications will also be available at each campus or in the Child Nutrition Services Office.

In addition, families who do not qualify for free and reduced meal plans, but who plan to purchase lunches for their student(s) in the upcoming school year, are encouraged to visit SchoolCafe.com/KellerISD prior to the start of the school year to update or create your account, add funds, view purchases, and more.

Looking for a School Supply List?

There is no general school supply list for high school. As students attend classes the first week, teachers let them know of any supplies needed for their classes. Just bring a spiral notebook and pen/pencil for the first few days.

New Food Delivery Policy

Food deliveries (Grub-Hub, Uber Eats & DoorDash) are no longer permitted at FRHS. The safety and security of our students and staff is a top priority and this is intended to limit our visitors to only include those with school related business.

  • Parents/guardians are welcome to deliver food to the front office for their student.

  • Students are not allowed to exit the building to pick-up food during school hours.

Bus Information

KISD is required to provide bus service to eligible students who live more than two miles from their campus of regular attendance and for special needs students who require transportation to attend school.

For more information about bus routes and stop locations, please use the Bus Stop Finder or call 817-744-1300.

1 to 1 Technology

During the first few days of school, every in-person student will be issued a Chromebook computer. We are distributing these Chromebooks to allow each student equal access to a device for use in the classroom.
