Cover your back and set success metrics on each and every campaign. This means telling your client what to expect ahead of time!

We've seen an increase in naming errors, so just a reminder to be sure to use the Naming Convention template when setting up orders and lines/ad groups in the various systems. When orders are not named correctly, it can result in scheduling as well as reporting errors.

All end of month reports are due within the first 3 business days of the month, mid-month reports are due within 2 business days from the 15th, and end of campaign reports are due 3 business days after the campaign has ended.

We rolled out Customer Satisfaction Surveys to all users in Zendesk. When a ticket is closed, the primary person will now receive an email about an hour later asking them to rate the support they received.

Publisher Support Tip

To check orders that contain a lot of lines for accuracy, export the order & compare the lines on the Excel spreadsheet to the Buy Sheet. Sometimes it's easier than comparing the Buy Sheet to the UI.

Double check your campaigns. With the big shuffle of accounts, a lot of things are coming to light, and it seems a lot of little mistakes are being made. Ideally you will be able to touch all of your campaigns at least once a week, and that will help to minimize mistakes. And, if you made a mistake, it's okay! Learn from it, and try not to repeat the process that got you into it in the first place.


A neat tool to help you keep your campaigns managed exists in wunderlist.com. Another way to manage your campaigns is to utilize a "last checked" column on your tracking spreadsheet, and select all of your data and sort by that, so you're able to keep track of what you've checked and when you've checked it.

Chris joins the AdUs team as our Eastern Regional Operations Manager. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. His previous experience includes 3 years with Dispatch Media Group working in sales, operations and product development. Chris loves the fluidity with Digital Advertising and that it is unlike any other media in that you get real-time metrics that you can use to make changes and see results.


Outside of work, he volunteers his time with Gladden Community House and enjoys going to happy hour with friends.
