Letter to Parents/Guardians...
Dear Parent/Guardian,
This week, we talk about the idea of personal values. In Lesson 9, the girls identify their unique personal values. The girls engage in activities where they learn to stand up for their individual values.
In Lesson 10, we focus on why cooperation is important in our daily lives. We will engage in several activities that allow the girls to practice cooperative skills. Being able to apply these skills to different situations teaches the GOTR team how to accomplish goals together! Often times, working together might create feelings of pressure. Next week’s lesson will talk about peer pressure. Stay tuned!
Sincerely,
Girls on the Run Coaches
