Yoga project in mountain 3

First start in mountain. Stand up straight.

Pose 1(side plank)

Let's put the right hand more in the middle of the mat and shift weight onto it and raise our left hand. Then do the same but on the left hand.

Pose 4(locust)

Now let's go into locust by lifting arms and legs up while we are on out stomachs.

Pose 6(cradle the baby)

Lift left/right leg up to cradle the baby but while doing this keep your back straight and keep the leg that is not being cradled straight as well.

Pose 10(bridge)

Put feet flat on floor and lift hips into air.
