They practice Buddhism in a Vihara, Temple, or usually at Home

Worship is determined by the moon.During 4 times of the month, on the new moon, the full moon, and the days in the middle. Today it is practiced in the same places, usually at home in front of a Buddha. There is over 300 million followers of Buddhism.

Classification and Branches

Buddhism is classified as a Universalistic religion. Buddhism has two major branches. The first one is Theravada, the oldest form of the religion, and Mayahana which evolved later.
