SCHOLAR HIGHLIGHT - LIZBETH MONTES
Lizbeth Montes is a 7th grade scholar at Rancho Minerva Middle School. She is an extremely creative and talented student, and enjoys coming to school every day. One thing Lizbeth likes about school is the opportunity to learn something new. "We can enjoy learning something that we wouldn't have known if it wasn't for school and our teachers." In her photography class, Lizbeth has earned the Photographer of the Week multiple times. Lizbeth's attached work includes her shadow photography, headshot, and her rough texture collage.
Lizbeth's "Secret to Success" includes the following: stay motivated, and if you have a bad habit, change it right away. "Look for something (or someone) that will help you stay motivated to get you through the week." Although virtual school is challenging, Lizbeth is doing a fantastic job staying motivated in all of her classes. We are so proud of you Lizbeth... keep up the great work!
