NWEA Tests

The NWEA Tests are scheduled for this week, May 10 and 11. Students will be taking the math and reading portions of the test in the morning.

Social Studies

We will begin our last unit on Culture this week. Be on the lookout for homework as well.

This week, students will continue working on a combination of geometry, fractions, decimals, and percents. Students will also be taking the Spring NWEA test.

We will continue to study Wave Types and their characteristics.

I would like to thank all the parents, teachers, and staff that helped make the Dune Grass Field Trip and Dance a HUGE success for our 6th graders. They did an AMAZING job at both events. I am very proud of the students. Again, thanks so much for all of the donations of time, hard work, drinks, and food. All of your hard work created 2 fun events for our 6th graders.

Summer Math Tutoring with Mrs. Muladore- Mrs. Muladore will be offering summer math tutoring throughout the summer. Contact her at for more information!
