December 17

Winter Break is December 20 to January 3

Greetings Mize Families!

It is hard to believe that we are nearing our holiday break and the New Year is just around the corner! Our halls have been busy with spreading holiday cheer and finishing final projects and activities. We also finished our FastBridge assessments and results will be shared during conferences in February.

Last week, we had our annual Mize Spelling Bee. We had lots of great participants and our Mize spellers did a fabulous job! Our winner this year was Fernanda Acosta and Londyn Malone was our second place winner. Congratulations to all of our spellers on a job well done!! We are so proud of you!

I have also had inquiries in regards to the removal of our speed bumps. I am happy to inform you that they will be returning in the spring. Unfortunately, every winter they have to be removed to allow for snow removal. This allows us to ensure that our parking lot is safe for all throughout the snowy months.

Finally, I want to take a moment to wish you all a very happy holiday. May the New Year bring you and your family health, happiness, and an abundance of peace and love. Thank you all for your dedication and support of our wonderful Mize family! I wish you all the happiest of holidays and hope you have a very safe and blessed New Year!

Sincerely,

Ms. Balthazor
