VAHS THEATER PRESENTS "HAUNTED ASYLUM"
"Asylum" is a haunted attraction that is 100% student designed and implemented. They have created a world within the walls of the theater. The Asylum is inhabited by a Mad Scientist, along with a full staff of crazy nurses and insane patients! Beware failed experiments, and of course, an infestation of spiders! The Asylum will be open to the public on Oct. 24th and 25th from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. For the first 2 hours the show will be age appropriate (less heart-stopping fear) to encourage younger enthusiasts to come out and enjoy what will hopefully become a VAHS tradition. Ticket prices are: Adults $5.00 and Students/staff $3.00.
.
The money raised will allow the VAHS Theater Department to purchase supplies for construction of show sets, costumes and props for future productions. Financially, this will also allow the theater students to take trips to see professional theater productions around the Metroplex. The students have been hard at work and would like to invite everyone to come and enjoy a good scare!!!

PARENTS: AFTER SCHOOL APP
Parents:
Please be aware of an app called After School. The app lets teens anonymously post explicit pictures and language to a message board. It tries to shut out adults by requiring users to verify they are in school through Facebook. Students are blocked from the App while using school wifi.
