Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipe!

These banana pancakes are only three ingredients and keep you full all morning! First thing you will need: Permission from your parent/guardian! Second: One banana, one egg and a tablespoon of cinnamon! Crack your egg in a bowl and put it to the side, grab a large bowl and put your peeled banana in it, and use a large spoon to mash it, add your cracked egg and stir vigorously, then add your cinnamon and continue to stir. For this next part, take a pan and put it on the stove using a medium heat setting. Add olive oil or butter to the pan to reduce sticking! Take two tablespoons of batter and put it on the pan. Wait for bubbles to appear on the pancake, then flip it over to ensure that it cooked evenly! This yields about four pancakes! :-) Enjoy.
