PTU
Thank you to all who helping with our school wide Open House this Sunday to welcome new and current families who are looking to meet all of you and get a glimpse of Holy Trinity School for their students for the upcoming school year!
We are hoping you can arrive no later than 9:45am as eager families are usually lining up out the doors before the start at 10 am. I attached a google sheet with Open House Assignments. Please let me know if you have any questions with your placement. This is similar to the past few years so hopefully you all know what is needed to prepare your classroom and/or assigned area.
Student Ambassadors will be providing the tours. They will be equipped with iPads loaded with Google slides for guidance on talking points for each area. Please be sure to welcome the guests in your classroom as sometimes they are unsure about walking in. If there are any clubs that you are responsible for, it would be great to talk about them or display information about them as well. Colleen, Nicole and MaryKay will be available in the gym for any families who have questions about tuition, EdChoice and scholarships.
The Open House ends at noon and don't forget to stop by the gym before you leave to get your complimentary spaghetti dinner from PTU. We are so grateful for your time and energy in showing off all that Holy Trinity School has to offer!

News From The Director of Religious Education
This June, we will have a summer PSR option for incoming 4th-8th graders in the Avon Catholic Community (students from both Holy Trinity and St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception PSR programs will be welcome to register).
The summer PSR program will run from June 10th-21st from 8:30 AM- 12:00 PM not including weekends. We are looking for teachers to help teach these two weeks from both Holy Trinity and St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception. This is a PAID opportunity and you will be provided a curriculum to go off of (if you would like).
If you would like to learn more information about this opportunity, please fill out this Google Form by clicking here. This form is not a commitment that you will do it, but an interest form so that I can provide you with more information and details.
Please know that this information is not public quite yet as I am preparing to send it out soon in parish bulletins/emails to PSR families. I ask that you please keep this information private until we are ready to launch to limit confusion with PSR families.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have! Have a wonderful day!
Sincerely,
Kevin
