MDs Minutes

  • If you are not receiving emails from SutureSign, Please Release and Safelist Suturesign emails in your Email Quarantine reports.
  • Please sign all SutureSign documents and mail at minimum of your first day of service and last day of service.
  • Don't Forget to Update eDOD in ImBills Daily.
  • Schedule Requests should be forwarded to Dr. Mendler and also placed in the "Request Binder"
  • New Billing Codes for End of Life Discussions, Advanced Care Planning, CPT 99497 & 99498, worth 1.5 and 1.4 in selected wRVUs.

W-2s are Available Online

Print your W2 online through Lawson Employee Self Service Special Events tab if you have authorized to receive your 2015 W2 electronically. If you did not, the W2 was mailed Feb 1, 2016.

  • Be sure you are working on your CEU's if you are planning to apply for CAPs in the Fall.
  • Available CAP Credit for Volunteers for Wellness Day for Women, Saturday, February 27th, 2016 at Pennington Biomedical Research Center from 7:30am-12:30pm. Contact Myra Russell at Myra.Russell@ololrmc.com or 765-6330 to sign up.
  • LPG is working to implement an LPG Journal Club using evidence-based articles. Look for more information to come as it is available.
  • We are piloting scheduling TCM visits through EPIC with Dr. Durwin Walker and Dr. Patrick Walker's office at OLOLPG Watson Clinic. Please see Twayna Spann, Melissa Kelly, Karyn Crafton, or (after February 9th) Lori Koonce and Tori Soleto to assist in making these TCM appointments.
