Peek of the Week

ELA- It's National Poetry Month! ELA is going to explore some different forms of poetry and in the coming weeks will have a book study over Legend by Marie Lu.

Book Talks for Mrs. Couch's class begin on Monday, April 15.

MATH- We will be doing a Robot Picture Project to review area and perimeter. We will also look into tessellations with a project.

SCIENCE- We will be analyzing human impact on ecosystems and biodiversity.

SOCIAL STUDIES- We will be studying the Inca civilization and the Andes and Pampas region of South America. Map Test over the countries and capitals of South America is coming up!

May 10: 6th Grade Physicals for those playing sports next year.
