The Weekly Hoot
June 1 - June 7, 2020
Greetings All -
Happy Thursday! I hope all of you have a great first week of summer! Even though we are back at work, we are off at 3, so there is still plenty of time for me to do what I want when we get off in the afternoons! I hope all of you survived the storms that came through yesterday afternoon. I love a good thunderstorm, but those were pretty scary.
Please keep Sydnee Rakowitz in your prayers. This is Lu's daughter, and this morning her steer for the county fair was found dead. Many of you have kiddos that have ag projects, so you know this was just devastating to Sydnee and her family only 6 days before the show. Here's hoping for better days ahead.
We will be interviewing for the new Dyslexia/Special Education position this coming Monday. I am hoping we can announce in the Hoot who that person is next Thursday.
All summatives have been done on my end so please go in and sign those in TEEMS so that we can close out this current year. Thank you in advance!
Our custodians and Mr. Lee have been busy this week! Here are the rooms that are waxed and ready to be moved back into starting on Saturday:
Mrs. Borski
Mrs. Pyle
Mrs. Smith
Mrs. Price
Mrs. Moreland
Mrs. Cawthon
That was fast, huh??
We have had a busy three days completing summatives, report cards, and yearbook orders. I have spent the last day and a half on Master Schedule and should be finalizing it soon. I am definitely sending you information about that, WIN "What I Need" time, and the House System next week.
Everyone have a great weekend and go out and do something you enjoy!! Talk to you soon!
Love to all,
Marcy
