Eagle Silent Auction – 2:30 to 7:30 pm (Eagle Elementary Library)
Bid big to help our school! No facebook bidding this year; all bidding is on paper in the library. Come in after school, before the pizza dinner, and all evening. You can “buy out” an item so you do not need to stay all evening to be sure you win! This year's focus is on our school community: win a spot at a small group class or party, a unique teacher experience, a class basket, or one of the amazing community donations.
Get a bid number via this link or March 1 at the library to bid.
Check out with cash, check or credit card (2.7% fee for cards) in the library at 8pm.
Pizza - 5:30 to 7 pm
No time for dinner? Hot Box Pizza, drinks and cookies are in the cafeteria beginning at 5:30 pm.
Concessions - 6 to 8 pm
Eagle 3rd and 4th graders will sell snacks near the kindergarten hall.
Face Painting, Games, Selfie Station - 6 to 8pm
Use tickets to play games, get your face painted, and vote for Silly String Teacher Contestants until 8 pm in the gym! Then six lucky students will be selected from those voting to Silly String the Teacher!
Cake Walks - 6pm until cakes are gone
If you signed up to donate a store bought or homemade item for the cake walk please bring it to the front office 2 - 3:30 pm on Thursday and before 5 pm on Friday. Please prepackage cookies in groups of one dozen, and cupcakes and brownies to six per package. Containers from store-bought baked goods and deli items work well for packaging. Please consider volunteering
