**Weekly Update** 12/17/20 Vol. 20
Happy Holidays!
Hola Jaguar Parents and Families!
We started our Final exams this morning and I am hoping that every Jaguar is able to approach them with confidence and focus. I would like for every Jaguar to see and believe in their own talents and academic abilities, as I strongly feel that every one of us has a gift.
Parents- please review grades with your son or daughter on Powerschool. If they have any outstanding assignments, please communicate with their teachers regarding any extensions or possibilities to make-up any assignments. We have had a challenging school year and I would like the best possible outcome for our students as this will impact their future college applications and A-G status.
Students- I want you to enjoy your break and use your time wisely! Find opportunities to have some quiet time and detach or unplug from technology. Never underestimate the simple pleasures of READING a book. I encourage you to balance your free time with family, friends, and a productive hobby that you like to do (Snapchat and TikTok do not count!).
Lastly, I would like to wish our entire RCLA Jaguar Community blessings during this Holiday Break. Most importantly, we wish you good health, prosperity, and a safe return in January of 2021!
