Message From the Principal

Happy Friday Titans!

This was a week of "Wows!" Elkins Pointe was recognized by the Fulton County Schools district for our GADOE 5- Star Climate Rating, Next Level Performance Award, and Beat the Odds Award. Assistant Principal Ida Ward was given the Spotlight of Recognition by the North West Learning Community. To top it all off, our feeder, Milton High School, won the State Championship at Mercedez Benz Stadium and many of our Titans were there to celebrate the Eagle's victory!

All Titans are challenged to keep the momentum going for the final week of school. With only four days next week, Titans should come to school with a winning game plan that includes being on time, rising up to excellent behavior, and giving their all. Let's finish 2018 out strong as we RISE together!

Now That's Using Your Noodle!

Ramen Noodles...Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It...is to Donate Ramen Noodles! This week the Interact Club received a donation of 720 packages of Ramen Noodles from one anonymous person. These snacks will be given to children in our school community who are on Free and Reduced Lunch so they can have a hot meal over the break. Interact Club would love to double the amount of Ramen Noodles! Please drop off Ramen Noodles at the front desk or have your child bring them to Mrs. Streeter's classroom!

Operation Winter Wrap - Interact Snack Drive!

The Interact club is running a campaign called “Operation Winter Wrap” with a goal to serve our school community that may be in need of healthy snacks during the Christmas break. Our goal is to reach at least 1/3 of the school population that are in need over the break. Students may have their lockers wrapped by donating 1 pack of snacks. Selections of holiday paper choices will be located on the door of E-114. Students can drop off their snacks, pick out their choice of paper and list their locker. Teachers can also have their door wrapped for the price of 2 healthy snacks. Your child can bring in 2 boxes of snacks and have their teacher's door wrapped as a surprise! Snacks will be distributed during the last week of break.

Toys for Tots Collection - Jr. Beta

Jr. Beta will be running a toy drive from Dec. 5th - Dec. 20the for "Toys for Tots." Donation boxes will be set up in the rotunda and the media center. Please try to help a family indeed by dropping off new/gently used toy. The toys must be unwrapped.
