Welcome New Families

Northern Ozaukee School District, Back to School Picnic Tuesday, August 23rd from 5-7pm.

This is a great opportunity to drop off supplies in the middle school and get the locker organized. All registered students will be able to pick up their schedule in the office, also available in Skyward Family access.

Many of the teachers will be in attendance as well. Students and families are encouraged to attend.

Principal Schwartz will also be hosting a New to Ozaukee Middle School Orientation at 4:00pm in the Fine Arts Center. This is not mandatory, but should be helpful and informative.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Before your child enters 6th grade in the fall, please be aware that the Wisconsin Student Immunization Law requires a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis/whooping cough) vaccine.


I encourage you to have your child immunized well before school starts to avoid the late summer rush. You can schedule an appointment with your clinic or your doctor’s office.


To claim a waiver for health, religious or personal conviction reasons, please complete steps 1, 4 and 5 of the attached Student Immunization Record Form and return the form to the Ozaukee Middle School Office. Health waivers require a physician’s signature.

NOSD OUTDOOR FACILITIES CAMPAIGN IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY

On April 26th, the Northern Ozaukee School District launched a $3.5 Million Dollar Outdoor Facilities Campaign. The district is excited about this vision and the plan to move forward.
