Google Educator Opportunities
The Google for Education team is passionate about providing educators the tools and resources they need to succeed. As part of our commitment to educators, we are always looking for ways to improve our products and services. That’s why we are launching four new programs that will give you the opportunity to provide feedback and insights on Google for Education products. We hope you will consider participating in one or more of them. This is open to educators and schools globally; forward and share with school administrators as needed.
School Visit Program
Who can register? Only school administrators can register, so please share with school leaders.
What is it? We are actively seeking schools with administrators and teachers interested in helping Google EDU define new features and products. By signing up, you will be added to our list of schools that are available for a visit from the Google EDU team. When your school is selected, we will contact you to arrange a date and time that is convenient for you and your educators. The Google team will visit your school to speak with administrators and teachers, observe classes, and provide opportunities for feedback and insights.
School Buddy Program
Who can register? Any educator or administrator can register.
What is it? (Google EDU seeks to partner with individuals who are deeply involved in education. Those who sign up for the buddy program will be paired with a Google employee who is specifically building products for education. We ask for a 3-month commitment. The nature of the partnership is up to you and your Google buddy. It could involve email exchanges, monthly virtual coffee chats, or anything in between. Conversations could range from understanding your experiences to providing feedback on new features.
Pilot School
Who can register? Only school administrators can register, so please share with school leaders.
What is it? The pilot school option is a great opportunity for schools and districts to sign up to try new features before they are released to the general public.
Edu Research
Who can register? Any educator or administrator can register.
What is it? At Google, we have a dedicated team of researchers actively conducting studies to better understand our users' needs. If interested in joining our research, please sign up.
We are excited to spend time with you in any of these ways. Please complete this form, and a Googler will contact you soon. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
The Google for Education Team
