Essential Question: How can I engage my peers while sharing my work in Humanities?
This year in Humanities, we are focusing on giving you opportunities to share your work with your classmates.
Each student will be expected to share a performance task they have completed in front of their classmates. Students are creating awesome work all the time, and it is important for you to share your work with your peers and be inspired and engaged by their work.
For this presentation, you will choose one of the two performance tasks you have completed so far this year: Your Mythical Narrative or Your Election Infographic.

Essential Question: How might we make our election process more accessible to all Americans.
For this unit, you will be creating an infographic or other informational text for a specific audience of your choice.
You can make a chart to explain to your parents why they should vote, a compare/contrast to show your peers where the candidates stand on an issue you care about, or explain how we elect a president to the community.
Your final product will be graded on informational writing competencies. You will have freedom in determining the specific focus of your infographic, but it must fall into one of the following categories:
Issue Focus
Candidate Focus
