What are mountain barriers?
A mountain range on the coast of a body of water creating orographic clouds precipitating on the westward side by specific wind flow.
How do Mountain Barriers Effect the Environment?
The mountain barriers use the wind to create clouds to precipitate making good living conditions for vegetation and dry living conditions on the leeward side.
How do mountain barriers work?
Wind coming up the westward side of the mountain to create precipitation clouds making it rain on that specific side making the leeward side dry.
