TEAM UP FOR THE MAP TEST!
As you know, it is also essential that students are eating right (especially that healthy breakfast!) and getting lots of good sleep! They will also need lots of encouragement and support from their loved ones! :) I just know these kids are going to rock this MAP test like the superstars they are!!!
Roar Run-May 7
Join us Saturday, May 7 for the ROAR Run presented by Mid-Missouri Bank! Activities include a 5K race (run/walk) along with a 1 mile fun run/walk. The event will be hosted at the football stadium located at Republic Middle School.
The ROAR Run is an effort to provide our elementary and RMS running clubs an opportunity to reach their goal of completing an official race, raise funds for each of our school buildings, and take action in making Republic the healthiest community it can be! Register now through April 28!
CLICK HERE FOR EVENT AND REGISTRATION DETAILS!
If your child is in Run Club, please make sure you have completed their ROAR Run registration by April 19th. Students who qualify for free and reduced lunches automatically qualify for a scholarship but will still need to be registered. If your child does not qualify for free or reduced lunches but will need assistance with registration costs, please notify Mr. Brown and fees can be covered.

Summer School
Have you considered summer school for your student? If not, you should! I know they have a lot of fun and exciting learning opportunities planned for the kids.
CLICK HERE to see details and registration information regarding this year's summer school offerings. Registration will be online only, and the deadline to enroll will be May 6.
Keep in mind, students will be enrolled in the grade level they will attend for the 2016-2017 school year (EX: current 5th graders will enroll at RMS as 6th graders, current 8th graders will enroll at RHS as 9th graders). This means that incoming kindergarten students are eligible to enroll as well!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided FREE of charge for all children 18 and under. We are excited to be offering Spanish as a special class for our elementary students! Transportation will not be provided by the district.
Summer school will take place Monday through Friday using the below schedule:

Our attendance this week was 97.7%. Our weekly goal is 95.8%. Thanks for sending your kids to school!
