GMAS Testing

GMAS Testing (3rd-8th Grades) continues this week for students in the building.

Visit the "GMAS Testing Information" page on the Ellis website for more information including a schedule of the testing dates.

Share these general test day preparation tips with your students:

  1. Get a good night's sleep (Avoid using tech devices before going to bed).
  2. Pack everything you may need ahead of time (earbuds, mouse, pencil, scratch paper, snacks, etc.).
  3. Eat a healthy, filling breakfast (school breakfast is still FREE for all students).
  4. Stay calm (utilize deep breathing techniques).
  5. Be positive and do your best!

Counselor's Corner

All Upper Elementary students continue to hear from STEAM pathway guest career speakers. This week, we've hosted a graphic designer/illustrator, an electrical engineer, and a nurse.

Erdkinder STEAM and Broadcasting students have been taking a career aptitude and interest inventory via YouScience. They will be exploring their results and doing some career research next.
