In Our Backyard: A Conference on Human Trafficking
Life After Trauma Organization (LATO), which was founded in Philadelphia in 2014. LATO's mission is to impact social change, organize events and develop programs that are designed to help women recover from trauma that has resulted from human trafficking. March 27th on Temple's campus a conference will be held to raise awareness about trafficking in the United States. For more information follow the link below.
Temple's SAS Scholarship is Now Open!
Are you looking for a paid position on campus that gives you the opportunity to work with Temple students and staff in one-on-one and group settings?
Then CERT (Conflict Education Resource Team) maybe the place for you!
A CERT Peer Educator’s role is to actively assist the Temple University community in managing interpersonal and inter-group conflict in a positive manner through individual coaching sessions and group presentations.
-It is an on-campus paid position.
-You will be trained to learn valuable skills related to conflict and everyday communication.
-This is a great way to boost your resume for future endeavors (seriously, employers love this).
